This is the best hotel I have ever stayed so far in US. If you travel with family and have kids then this place is perfect for you. The room is really big and they have the sink outside which is easy to wash or clean something, microwave and mini bridge, big bed, comfort sofa and nice breakfast

A good impression forms almost straight away. The reception team were warm, capable, and attentive, making arrival feel effortless from the start. The room was spotless and quietly comfortable, breakfast was simple but clearly prepared with care, and the peaceful surroundings made restful sleep come easily. What stands out most, though, is the value. The standard of comfort and attention feels noticeably above what the price suggests, which makes this place easy to recommend and even easier to return to.

Mary is absolutely amazing. She is such a delight and very professional. The hotel is a little bit older but it’s extremely clean and quiet. I travel every week for work, 15 states. I highly recommend. The hotel itself could use a facelift but the water pressure on the 4th floor makes up for anything wrong. It’s so good, I’m pretty sure it washed away all of my life sins. Imagine standing at the end of a firehose. 10/10 no complaints after the water pressure.

This hotel has all the necessities for a nice stay. The beds and pillows were so comfy. The room with two queen beds- spacious. Breakfast had all the things- hot and cold. Wish there was a restaurant on site. The front desk staff were great! Housekeeping could use a chat about cleaning guests rooms during their stay as ours wasn’t cleaned, but front desk staff helped make it right. I appreciate an every other day cleaning at least. Location great for Bellevue business trips. Will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at the Eastgate BW three times, and each visit has been consistently excellent. We’ve always been very satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and overall customer care. Edna, one of the front desk team members, provided an exceptional customer experience during our stay, and we truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. The location is very convenient to access to the highway I-90 east if you’re traveling to the other states. We look forward to staying here again!

This was my first time staying in Bellevue, and Temara Eastgate made it truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless, warm, and incredibly welcoming. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Tamara went above and beyond in every way — thoughtful touches, clear communication, and genuine hospitality that you rarely come across. I felt completely taken care of throughout my stay. If you’re coming to Bellevue, this is the place you want to stay. I cannot recommend Temara enough. Best best best 10 stars all the way! ?????????? Would absolutely stay again!

I reserved a room with a roll-on shower. I called the day before to be sure it was available. I called that day to be sure it was available. I arrived to discover it was not available. No alternatives offered. Not even an apology. Just "we are completely sold out." Maintenance was lacking. Our phone, shower diverter, and one of two stove burners didn't work properly Toaster was missing. Outlet for coffee maker was partially broken. The printer at checkout was down, so no printed receipt. Our reservation said free parking. Hotel charged us $5/day. Said they had reversed it but emailed bill shows that they did not. Staff ranged from helpful to indifferent. Two stars because the bed was comfortable , the wifi worked, and there were plenty of outlets and charger ports.

Decent place on the East side at a good price. Rooms could use an update but they're comfortable nonetheless. Breakfast was average for this price point. Service was great! Only negative was the missing Diamond Select perks.

We picked this as it was one of the cheapest hotel options that didn't seem totally skeezy. There were cheaper things like hostels or really bad-looking hotels, but this place had reasonable hotel accommodations. Everything was clean. Everything was reasonable. We didn't need to worry about our stuff for our trip. There was a reasonable breakfast where I was able to grab some food if we didn't think we were going to be able to find some place around town for our casks that day.

We booked this hotel for a concert in Seattle. The location is right off the I90 and has easy access to downtown via this. There is amenities close including a CVS & Safeway. The hotel in general is nice, clean rooms and ours was large with a LR type area with a separate TV, desk & couch/ pullout with doors that closed between the bedroom area. The King bed comfortable and it has a mini fridge, microwave and sink which is great. The breakfast had alot of hold & cold options. Overall it was a great stay, however the second night we had the DND on the door due to a late night at a concert. At 8:30 ish am the housekeeper continuously knocking waking us up. Not very cool or appreciated.
