Hotel 116 offers great value and convenience, praised for its friendly staff, proximity to local amenities, and clean, comfortable rooms. Guests frequently mention the adjoining restaurant and coffee shop as a major perk, though many note that the building is dated and lacks modern amenities like hanging bars for bath towels.

Centrally located near shops, dining, and major transportation routesFriendly and helpful staff dedicated to guest satisfactionClean accommodations with comfortable beds and modern toiletriesAttractive value for the price, especially for short business or medical staysConvenient on-site dining and coffee options connected to the hotel

The accommodations were moderate but sufficient. Service was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean. I requested an additional vacuum because I’m really picky about clean floors. The price and location was excellent for this trip.

Final Update: Management has since reached out to apologize and clarify their previous response. They acknowledged that I did report the noise during my stay and that their attempt to resolve it was insufficient. They also confirmed they are now reviewing the lobby air pressure and HVAC issues I brought to their attention. As a result, they have comped the entire stay. I appreciate the professional follow-up and the refund, though I hope the mechanical improvements are prioritized for the comfort of future guests. ----------------- I am updating this because the hotel's response claims they were "unaware" of these issues. This is incorrect. The noise from the adjoining room was reported to the front desk in real-time; while it stopped briefly, it resumed shortly after, indicating a failure in management to actually resolve the disturbance. Regarding the air quality: the heavy perfume in the lobby and elevators is a clear attempt to mask the smoke odor pulled in by the building's lack of positive air pressure at the entrance. This is a structural HVAC issue, not a housekeeping oversight. As a repeat guest of Coast Hotels in BC, I am disappointed by the lack of standards here. Even your own staff acknowledged during my stay that the Canadian properties are of a much higher quality than the Bellevue location. I expected better brand consistency and a more honest engagement with guest feedback. ----------------- I had a very disappointing stay here due to several significant issues. The most concerning was the air quality; the entire hotel, including the lobby, hallways, and elevators, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke masked by heavy perfumes. As someone sensitive to air quality, this caused me actual respiratory issues during my stay. Sleep was nearly impossible as well. The occupant in the adjoining room blasted music with heavy bass and high-pitched tones until 1:00 AM. Furthermore, the in-room air conditioning unit was extremely loud and sounded as if it were suffering from a mechanical failure. Between the noise and the poor air quality, I cannot recommend this hotel.

2nd time staying there. Both times were amazing. The front desk staff as well as the maids are extremely polite and made my stay very enjoyable. Thank you so much 116 as well as the dining and bar that is connected (Pacifica). Another terrific place that is very family friendly! Love you guys!!

I have stayed here in the past. I have been happy each time. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and tidy! I was in a room towards the front of the hotel & I noticed it was a little more noisy. Ho estoy it seemed like cars were racing down that road late at night. That is NOT the hotels fault. Thank you for a nice stay close to my doctors if you are being seen at Overlake. Thank you & until next time

I booked this hotel with a really good sale on an online hotel booking app. In fact, it was so inexpensive that I worried the hotel might not be what I was hoping for (clean and with reasonably professional staff). My expectations were pleasantly exceeded. All of the staff members I interacted with were attentive, patient, and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's not a particularly fancy hotel, but it was more than adequate for my two-night stay while visiting family. There's a great coffee shop in the same building as the hotel, called The Woods, which is convenient for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and also recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced stay at a clean hotel with helpful staff.

I visited a couple of nearby hotels before coming here, and the front desk staff there were not helpful at all. The experience at this hotel was completely different. Chris was extremely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Sarah was also wonderful and made the room change process easy and smooth. Both of them were very kind, professional, and truly cared about helping. Highly recommended.

The rooms and show their age. But it was clean and decent. Perfect for what we needed for a weekend stay for a family funeral. The front desk was helpful and customer service was excellent. I needed some toiletry items, change for the laundry machine and detergent. For change, I was directed to go next door to Woods Coffee but they had everything else behind the front desk. For Housekeeping, you need to call them and let them know date and time. I requested house keeping 3 separate days and they accommodated. The hotel is perfectly located by Traders Joes, AM PM, Whole Foods, Bellevue Mall, the freeway and a Chic Fil A; all the places I mentioned were easily accessible. Its half hour away from SEA TAC with moderate traffic. WOODS COFFEE is just a door down from the lobby and offer excellent coffee. Be aware the drive thru may spill into the parking lot of the hotel so if you are parked in the front on a weekday, you may get boxed in. Personally, I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Bellevue Area as it is in proximity to many shops, eats, highway and other resources.

Good price for what you're overall getting. Rooms are clean. For the most part updated friendly service, location is good, but the parking lot is hard to get in and maneuver around in the mornings. You have to battle the traffic for the coffee shop on the corner. Having the coffee shop there with the restaurant is super convenient. Just don't park in front of the hotel.Try to park on the side.Otherwise, it'll be really hard to get out in the morning . The elevator has been broke a couple times on our visits, but they do have a second one you can use.

This location is essential Lake located. It’s a pretty place. Very clean beds are very comfortable. Pillows are awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming with coffee in the room. I would suggest to change out the toilet paper and add teabags to the rooms But other than that, I would gladly stay here again because it essentially located to all the activities here in Bellevue for Christmas And the staff was absolutely wonderful

Great location and helpful staff. Overall, it's a good deal. For the price I wasn't expecting anything fancy, just clean and comfortable, and it was just that. Yes the corridors and rooms are rather old and dated, but they are clean. The courtyard is really pretty. Another nice touch is that they provide paraben-free lotions and soaps in the bathroom. The mattress was comfortable, too. One drawback is that the heating/cooling unit in the room is very loud. Also, this wasn't a drawback for me, but everything was a little janky. Like the shower head wasn't fully mounted to the wall, the bathroom plug was in a weird place, etc. I would definitely stay here again.
