The Hampton Inn & Suites Bellevue Downtown-Seattle consistently receives positive reviews, particularly praising its convenient location near shopping, restaurants, and the downtown area. Guests appreciate the friendly staff, free breakfast, and overall cleanliness, with many noting it’s a comfortable base for exploring Bellevue. However, concerns regarding parking fees and occasional noise levels have been raised.
What stood out during my stay was the customer service. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous while I visited. Lucy was extremely kind and thorough with hotel information and answered all our questions. The pool was warm and had towels available for us to use. Breakfast was delicious as well! We made our own waffles to our liking and had scrambled eggs and impossible patties. Be aware that parking was $15 per night but that's about on par for what i've seen for the area. I would happily stay here again for my next trip :)
I am so happy I stayed here during a recent business trip. Everything was very clean and every staff member I interacted with was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Great breakfast & snack and beverage area too! Highly recommend!
I recently completed a cross-country road trip from the East Coast to the West Coast. At every other hotel along the way, the staff either proactively offered a late checkout until 12:00 PM or readily agreed to extend the checkout time from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM upon request. However, this particular hotel requires guests to call the front desk *after* 8:00 AM on the morning of departure to request a late checkout. The very reason I request a late checkout is to allow myself more time to rest—specifically, to sleep in a little later—so that I can drive for long periods the following day without suffering from fatigue or risking an accident. Given this level of service, I can only rate this hotel one star, and I will certainly not stay here again in the future.
We had a great stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Bellevue Downtown-Seattle with our family. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options for everyone. The location is very convenient—close to downtown Bellevue and shopping centers, which made it easy for us to explore the area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely come back again when we visit Bellevue!
Stayed here while on a work trip for 2 weeks. The room was nice and comfortable. They have free breakfast and gave me a free upgrade to a bigger room because some kids were stomping all night my first night there. William was super helpful and the ladies at the front desk helped answer my questions day and night. There was a target and food market across the way so getting food was easy. Parking was $15 a night, with how much we're paying for the room, you'd think it'd be included. They also had cable with HBO so made for an easy night in. It's super close to a freeway entrance so you could hear traffic on the second floor but when I moved to the 5th floor, it was nice and quiet.
This was one of the coziest hotels we've stayed in while visiting in Bellevue. The young manager working the front desk helped us check in to a comfortable and accessible room. He upgraded us at no extra cost and gave us what felt like the VIP treatment. They had a wheelchair for us to use while staying there, breakfast was free with many options to choose from, and right across the way there was a shopping center where we could take our grandkids for the evening. The staff was really friendly and made the experiance enjoyable.
Great location right off the freeway. Great staff. Rachel was awesome. Close to (walking distance) to multiple restaurants and shopping venues. Able to park my school bus easily. Great coffee and breakfast. Clean and quiet rooms.
If you don't mind walking a few hills, it is within walking distance of Bellevue square mall. A lot of shops and great eateries. Good morning breakfasts served at 7am instead of 6am, but the hotel was close to my work destination. I recommend this hotel.
Good place to stay a bit far out from Seattle. We stayed in one of the suites and had plenty of space to work remotely. The breakfast had variety. The hotel is next to a shopping center that includes a Target. It is a bit hard to cross the street to it, no stop signs and alot of traffic on both sides. The parking lot is not that big, sometimes we struggled to find a spot.
Visited in mid October. The location is great. Right across the street there is a Target, pcc, trader Joe's.. Kura revolving sushi restaurant is a fun experience. It's also minutes away from Bellevue Botanical Garden. The room was better than our experience in Seattle downtown. The best part about it here is the complimentary breakfast. They waffle station was a hit for our kids. Our room on the 3rd floor had a clogged sink full of hair and the toilet leaked over night. If we stayed longer than a night that would have been a problem..
