The Hilton Bellevue combines stunning architecture and exceptional dining with dated facilities, leading to a split guest experience where service and cleanliness are highly praised but comfort and functional issues are frequently criticized.

I had a fantastic stay here, and the dining experience truly set it apart. If I could stay at this Hilton every time I’m in the Bellevue area, ?even if I had to drive far for my business meetings, simply because the staff makes the experience feel so special and customized. However, while the service is 5-star, the rooms are starting to show their age. ?The Standouts ?The Amazing Staff; The breakfast team is incredible. A special shoutout to Angel—he was absolutely AMAZING and made me feel like a VIP from the moment I sat down. ?Dining & Drinks, Both the coffee bar and the dinner bar are excellent. They add a level of convenience and quality that you don't always find in business hotels. ?Room For Improvement definitely needed, ?While the hospitality is top-notch, the physical rooms definitely need some TLC ; ?The Bathroom, The bathtubs feel old and dated. At the very least, the property needs new showerheads to improve the water experience. ?Furniture & Comfort, The sofa in my room was heavily worn and is definitely due for a replacement. ?The Bed, While mostly comfortable, the bed frame or mattress made an annoying noise every time I moved in my sleep, which was a bit frustrating. ? ?I’m giving this 4 stars because the people ,especially ( Angel )make it worth the stay. If they updated the fixtures and furniture, this would easily be the best hotel in Bellevue.

Under renovations. Was incredible in its day. The food was so unbelievably good! Very impressive, the Lamb Chops & Tenderloin Bits were so incredibly good, I wanted to order them again. I want to try everything on the menu. Reception was friendly, parking easy, our room was very spacious. 9th floor requires running hot water for awhile to get to your floor but totally worth the wait. I genuinely feel impressed by this older, beautiful hotel. Hope to return soon.

Great stay at the Hilton Bellevue with the kids. They enjoyed using the elevator with the see through glass and ordering room service for breakfast and dinner. Clean property with great customer service. Location is in downtown Bellevue and close enough to walk to the mall but also to many restaurants and stores nearby. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but we will try next time!

Hieu and Irina are incredible bartenders — they truly made my stay. They were welcoming, engaging, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Rose, the bar assistant manager, is also amazing and clearly leads a fantastic team. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this place!

Beds and pillows were very comfy. About a mile from all the bars and food places. Uber about $6-$10 to get there. Best partnof the hotel is Irina in the bar. Super host who remembers customers even if it has been 3 months since they were last there. Has a local following as well. Great time.

Outstanding customer service! The staff truly anticipates your needs and goes above and beyond to ensure you’re well taken care of. From sightseeing recommendations to assistance with transportation, they make every effort to make your stay seamless and enjoyable. A stress-free experience—definitely deserving of 10 stars! —Judith Davis, North Carolina

Nice hotel but many complaints starting with the $30 charge for parking. I was irritated & trying not to be difficult but figured it couldnt be nore than $10/night. This was not communicated thru a 3rd party booking site. Also, showers where somewhere between warm & hot.... and the room would not get below 70 degrees which was way too hot to sleep! Parking lot was full of dealership cars.....so why am i paying for the "limited parking" for them to also rent most of their parking lot to a dealership. Luckily I don't plan to stay here again.

We recently went to an Ohio State Football game and slept like babies on their mattress and pillows. Room was clean and hotel was honestly great! It's a little outdated but that didn't bother us. For breakfast you MUST get the Belgian waffles...it had the strongest tasting vanilla I have ever had in a waffle...outstanding! There was a train if you got the "city view" but if you close your sliding glass door you won't hear it.

Was here for work. Room was spacious, mostly quiet except for the fridge. Lock on the door takes 6-7 tries sometimes with key card to open, and digital key never worked for me. Really like there is hot, room temp, and cold water and a trash bin in the common area. There's also a microwave but we don't have plates -- how are we supposed to reheat stuff? Thermostat didn't quite work? I set to 74 but it only ever went up to 72, even during "night mode" and while I was in the room. Bit cold. Location is right across from East Main light rail, which is convenient to my workplace. Downtown, at 10-12 mins walk, is a bit far for food, so I ended up eating at the hotel for dinner twice when I was here. Only ventured downtown for dinner on my first night. All in all, it was fine, but I'll probably try a different location next time. Lighted elevators going up and down were pretty.

For $450/night you can sleep in a room that's too hot & take a shower that's too cold. There are thermostats in the room but YOU the guest, who spent your hard earned money, cannot change the temperature in your room. Some of the worst sleep I've had in my life. The front desk people were very nice and the room was clean. But not being able to control the temperature in my room and the shower getting to just above lukewarm makes me feel robbed. I've stayed in Motel 6s more comfortable than this Hilton.
