The front desk crew/amenities services departments were phenomenal! I called to set up a birthday amenity for my mother-in-law and not only were they very nice, but they also exceeded my request and made it better than before. Big thumbs up to those two teams specifically for going above and beyond!

I live locally and stayed here at two different one week time frames. I was in between a sold home and moving into my new home and wanted something close to actually living at home. Rooms had kitchens and full size refrigerators. Good breakfast morning. After coming and going a couple of times, I realize what a good location this is to go anywhere. If you are more than two people you can get onto the freeway from the carpool lane and within 10 minutes you’re in downtown Seattle. Extremely easy access to I-90 regardless of carpool status. This is a nice alternative to staying in DT Seattle, and parking is included. Lastly, ALL the staff I encountered here, from front desk, in the halls, in the dining hall, and housekeeping, are so friendly and pleasant. If for nothing else, I would come back here just to interact with these people.

This is such a great experience hotel, plus no parking fee (the original reason I picked this on). The staff HERE ARE FABULOUS! The front desk made sure my points were applied correctly, the breakfast closed at 10, I never am late but first for everything, today I was and went down at 9:58 and breakfast was still there! At 10 they came out to pickup, but saw me and 2 others getting food, so waited 10 min. SO APPRECIATE!! I've been to many hotels where this does not happen. Also housekeeping, most hotel are nice here and the lady told me no rush (I technically have another 2 hours, but didn't tell front desk nor housekeeping, as I was planning to be gone by normal checkout, but still here). THESE MINOR THINGS TO THEM- ARE HUGE TO THE CUSTOMER. SO IM WRITING THIS REVIEW. DECREASE STRESS AND LOVELY PLACE! Will definately stay here everytime im in Seattle area.

My daughter and I had a great stay at this location. There was a mixup with a booking through the Hyatt reservation system which could have been very disastrous for our trip. The hotel staff and manager on site were extremely professional and managed to accomodate us. They went above and beyond for us as I know that our needs required some flexibilty from them.

We had a wonderful stay here in Bellevue! The property is so nice, clean, and classy. Our room was so spacious, just like a small apartment with a kitchen, just really nice. The staff here was so nice, especially Wei, who was working the dining room, and buffet in the mornings. He is such a kind, helpful man, very attentive to his task at hand and just so friendly, he made us feel right at home. Thanks Wei!

Excellent staff performed speedy service. Hallway carpets are thick enough to minimize noise from steps but outside noise like EB was disturbing. Room was cozy and tidy. Pool and Hot tub was not so busy. Breakfast buffet was very good especially all those fresh fruits.

Our room was given to another family by mistake by a newer employee. However, the manager on duty fixed the issue and went above and beyond by giving us 2 rooms across from eachother since the only room now available was smaller than the suite we originally reserved. The rooms were comfortable and location was quiet. Perfect for some much needed rest before a long day of rugby. Thank you for all your help!

This entire stay was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Nothing about this hotel met even basic standards of professionalism or care. My room keys kept failing, there was no hot water the entire time, the hallway smelled terrible, and housekeeping walked into my room twice without knocking, once while we were asleep. The bed had stains, the bathtub was dirty, and it was almost impossible to get towels delivered. Management ignored every complaint and offered no real solutions, no follow-up, and no apology. The restaurant experience was the final straw. I paid for my food and got a receipt showing my card went through, only for the woman working there, Christina, wearing a tag that said “Macie,” to chase us down at the pool claiming my Capital One debit card was not accepted, even though I had already used it to check in. She argued with us until my friend paid again just to avoid a scene. It was humiliating and felt racially motivated. We were double charged and she pocketed one of the charges for a tip. It was $64.47. I have never been so disappointed and frustrated after spending hundreds of dollars expecting a relaxing weekend. This hotel completely ruined my trip. I will never stay here again and I strongly advise others not to either.

The room we had was great for what we needed, it was clean, and spacious, and it looks like it was recently Reno’d. We found the room though to be way too dark. We had every light on and it still didn’t seem to be bright enough, but this is probably from the dark colour scheme they have going on. Our check-in experience was great, the receptionist was friendly and got us our room quickly after a long drive. What fell short: there is no room service. You’re not even allowed to bring the food to your room I was told, and when you have young kids this isn’t the ideal set up. Around 11:30am I asked if there was anyway of getting some hot water for a tea and was told only in the mornings and they would not budge. The breakfast was really bland. They only had sausages for a meat protein, no bacon, no waffles, nothing. We recently went to the Hyatt in Kelowna and there is zero comparison between the breakfast there and to this location (Kelownas is far superior). We also didn’t realize how far this was in comparison to things, so definitely take a look at a map before booking to make sure how long it will take you to get around. Overall we would stay again since we now know what to expect, and we’d be more prepared for next time in regards to meals and things.

Was here for 2 nights and had a very pleasant stay. Every staff member we talked to was very friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the breakfast/kitchen crew. The breakfast food was also better than what I expected with plenty of options. Room was clean and quiet, I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Seattle!
