Super friendly staff! Would like to come back again. Complimentary apples at the front desk were sweet and juicy. Upgraded to a corner king suite on 8th floor. Room is spacious, but you will hear street level noises at night even though it’s not directly connected to the main street. Breakfast was also great, better to order entrees not the buffet. Swimming pool was also clean and well maintained. ?

Had an excellent one week stay here. The hotel is older but well cared for, updated and perfectly located in downtown Bellevue across the street from malls, near multiple beautiful parks, historic/main street Bellevue, and transit hub. The area is very safe and has a lot to do. The gym is the best hotel gym I have ever been to and has everything for CrossFit, Hyrox, and traditional workouts. Staff was incredibly friendly upon check in late evening and check out early morning. They have a shuttle to SeaTac that the concierge can book and saves $60 from the Uber price. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. My wife and I stayed there for one night, and everything was wonderful! Underground parking was easy to access. Check-in was fast and smooth, and they gave us a ticket for the car dashboard, so I didn't have to worry about paying for parking. They upgraded our room because of my Hyatt status, and we stayed in a lovely suite. Everything was clean and functional in the room. The bed was comfortable, and the two TVs were big and had easy access to HDMI ports, so I could plug in my laptop and we could watch a movie. Love that! The hotel's restaurant, Eques, serves a fantastic breakfast, and as a Hyatt status member, it was delightful to get such a delicious free breakfast for myself and my wife. Not all Hyatts have such a high-quality breakfast experience. My only complaint? The curtains don't adequately cover the windows in the bedroom. They don't quite go end to end, nor do they overlap enough. This meant that the bright morning sun woke us up. This might seem minor, but it's one of my pet peeves with hotels: inadequate light control. Overall, though, this was a lovely experience, and I would happily come back to stay at this hotel again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue. The location is excellent and very convenient. The hotel has great facilities, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the best features is the skybridge walkway that connects directly to the Bellevue Collection mall and other shopping areas, which made it very easy for my family to access restaurants, shops, and entertainment without going outside. There are also many great food options within walking distance around the hotel. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience for my family, and we would definitely stay here again.

Went for a conference. Nice covered bridge to bowling and movies. Lots of restaurants nearby. Can walk to nearby park. You can take a safe and inexpensive bus into Seattle for a day trip within a ten minute walk. Safe area. Not many staff around other than the front desk. App didn’t work and staff didn’t let me know there were two sets of elevators depending on which tower you were using. Fitness center is nice.

Great hotel with very good service. Best part if you’re staying weekend then parking is free. The breakfast is fantastic and the 13 coins restaurant is very good too with very friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s so important to have a good impression on check-in. Checked in 3 hours early for a 4 day stay and asked for an early check-in. Was told that I would get one if rooms were available but otherwise it would be additional. So either rooms are available or not. How do they become available with an extra payment? All this after paying close to $300 a night! Agreed to pay the extra amount for early check-in. Was then handed a room on the 4th floor (lowest floor where rooms are on the property) felt like I was in a basement room (obstructed view). Called reception and was asked to come down again. Then was told the highest floor room they could give me was on the 20th floor but that wouldn’t be “free”. Asked them what would be “free” and was given a room on the 15th floor. Just do the right thing and give the customer the best room you can in the first go. Great service is the best way to gain customer loyalty!

Stayed for a celebration weekend! They upgraded our room, gifted us with a bottle of champagne, When we arrived we had our kiddos with us and they brought out the "welcome wagon". For me it's the little details that you don't ask for. We just stayed for one evening and it was a great experience start to finish! THE LOCATION IS AMAZING! you can park your car in the Garage and everything is connected in reasonably walking distance in the city! One of the more affordable hotels in the area! Would for sure stay here again!!!

I stayed at Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle’s Eastside during a week when we had a company event scheduled, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. A special shoutout to Hsing Wei, who helped me during check-in where he was incredibly professional and accommodating, found me an early check-in, and also secured a room that matched my preference, which was greatly appreciated after travel. From an events perspective, this hotel is exceptionally well equipped. The large ballrooms are expansive and impressive, and the smaller meeting rooms are equally well laid out and more than well equipped to comfortably host all of our meetings, breakout sessions, and large group sessions. Everything felt organized, polished, and designed with business needs in mind. The guest rooms were very well put together clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities you’d expect from a Hyatt Regency, making the stay comfortable and seamless throughout the week. The gym deserves a special mention as it was very well equipped (though you had to get through a series of turns and steps to get to it). It definitely got plenty of use by yours truly throughout the stay and made it easy to keep up with workouts even with a packed schedule. Location-wise, this hotel is a big win. Being within walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, social spots, and event venues made it incredibly convenient and added a lot of flexibility to the evenings after meetings wrapped up. Overall, Hyatt Regency Bellevue delivers on service, facilities, comfort, and location. Whether you’re visiting for a corporate event, a business trip, or even a leisure stay, this property checks all the boxes. Absolute recommendation, and I’d happily stay here again.

I go every year for Easter Swing. It’s a luxurious treat. Great rooms and great ballrooms for dancing. Clean and quiet. Walkable food nearby. It’s a fancy neighborhood so on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for and this place is excellent.
