We stayed here for two nights with our 8 year old son. He absolutely loved the room and the pool. He asked if we could move in! Im actually shocked by some of these other reviews. The hotel is clean, decorated nicely and best of all the beds and pillows were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast, coffee and water with fruit in the lobby was fantastic. We ordered a burger and salad from the bar one evening. The staff was all very pleasant and the parking garage felt very safe.

The first time I stayed here was wonderful; I had great service, the room was clean and spacious, and the location ideal. The second time I stayed, it was an entirely different experience. When I went to check in, I realized I had lost my wallet. I offered to show them my reservation in their app, digital ID, a picture of my driver's license, and even exchange phone/email messages to confirm I was who I said I was. (I had already paid for the hotel through the app.) I also offered to use "Tap-to-Pay" to put down a deposit for incidentals or damage to the room. That was unacceptable as well. I was told that, due to fraud, they had put policies in place that prevented them from helping me. Luckily, I was able to backtrack and find my wallet, so I was able to check in a few hours later. But when I sent a message to the hotel about my experience, I was again told that they were "just following policy." Life events happen. Thank God I wasn't traveling with my kids. The fact that they weren't willing to work with me at all was incredibly disappointing, especially since I stay frequently at Marriott properties. So, I can't recommend this hotel.

Overall I had a great stay at this Residence Inn. The room was spacious, quiet, and mostly clean... except the mattress and bedding were quite dusty which triggered my allergy, every night. Location is very convenient for both getting into Seattle and exploring nearby towns and national parks. Complimentary breakfast was kind of basic and predictable if you've stayed in other Marriott properties. It served its purpose but don't expect any level of enjoyment. They have some of the lowest parking fees in the area, albeit they are still guilty for such toxic industry practice emerged in recent years that shouldn't be started in the first place.

We had a fantastic stay, and the standout was the customer service, especially from Gloria at the front desk. She consistently went above and beyond. We arrived much earlier than check-in time, and she worked to get us into a room early and even found a complimentary upgrade for us. Later, when I asked about the local transit system, she went looking for her personal transit card to give us since she didn’t use it anymore. That level of care is rare. Another evening, we had just missed the free lobby cookies. So we went to buy one from the market. When we brought it to the front desk to pay, the staff member simply smiled and said she'd like to give it to us on the house. It was a small gesture, but one that perfectly reflects the warmth of the team here. Our suite was clean, comfortable, and having a full kitchen gave us the chance to cook and enjoy meals together. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. The location is convenient: about a 10-minute walk to a major transit hub with easy access to downtown Bellevue, downtown Seattle, and the airport. Highly recommend staying here...and if you're fortunate, Gloria will be the one to welcome you!

Our family stayed at the Residence Inn Bellevue for three months, and it truly felt like home. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and everything we needed especially full size kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The hotel is clean, modern, and well taken care of, which made our long stay so comfortable. A huge thank-you to Anna at the front desk — she always greeted us with a big smile and treated us like family. She was so kind and patient with our little one, which meant a lot to us. We also want to thank Blanca and Hugo at the breakfast bar. They were so friendly every morning and always made sure we were taken care of — especially our little one, who loved seeing them each day! Everyone here made our stay special, and we’re so grateful for their warmth and hospitality. If we ever need to stay in Bellevue again, we’ll definitely come back to the Residence Inn!

awful bed, overcrowded, overpriced for what you get. The hotel is shabby, starting with the dead flowers as you walk through the front door, but the place was packed. You felt like you might pick up some disease when you were trying to get a cup of coffee or any breakfast in the morning there were so many people jampacked in that area. It is a good location, but not up to Marriott Bonvoy standards. I doubt anything will be done about it anytime soon because they have so much business despite the overall poor quality. You definitely can do better than this place.

Hotel location and room are fine. The problem is everything else. The exercise room is the size of a closet, and the breakfast eggs were so bad I just threw them away. The location is clean, and staff is very friendly, but for the rates they charge, I would expect the other amenities to be far better.

Please avoid this hotel if you could, there are better places close by. Travelled here for vacation and stayed here for a night. We specially requested for a quiet room as the hotel is right off the highway. Even after requesting we got a room that's is extremely noisy and can hear every bit of sound from freeway. Couldn't sleep all night and there's is zero sound proofing for windows. Booked a studio and the room looked so outdated with ac making sudden sounds at night. If you want a peaceful vacation with good sleep please avoid this hotel or get a better room if lucky

I've stayed here many times on work trips and have always had a good experience. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen/living room set up is nice. The only negative thing is that I often times find significant pieces of food around the edge of the bed so the cleaning aspect isn't always the best, but it's good enough IMO.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was very positive. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is convenient, close to restaurants, a mall, and popular tourist attractions. The apartment was well-equipped with a full kitchen, a TV, and comfortable beds. Everything was clean, including the room and towels, which made our stay even more pleasant. Room 504 however needs an AC check. It made big noises as it self turned itself on and off.
