The Westin Bellevue offers a prime downtown location with luxury amenities and genuinely warm service, though guests consistently flag inconsistent housekeeping standards and high fees for basic services.

If you want a relaxing stay, do not book this hotel. You will leave so much more stressed out. From bait and switches to the absolutely disgusting state of the rooms, it’s not worth your time, money, or energy. The website is not honest and clear about what you will experience. The problems and decline in quality went on and on. It was an absolute waste of money and time. I do want to say the staff helped as much as they could and I know that mismanagement and profits-over-people comes from higher levels than the front desk staff. We found old toe nail clippings and a basket full of so much dirt, dust, lint, and who knows what, showing that the room hadn't gotten an actual full cleaning in a very long time. I will be sending photos and videos taken of the aforementioned disgusting state of the room. We've stayed at cheap motels that are cleaner. So again for the third time in the night we had to talk to the front desk about issues with our stay. They moved us to another room across the hall. Super staff, however it worries me that they had to make sure it was a clean enough room before moving us. That wasn't even the final room move for us. They were able to get us into a 5th floor room with a tub for our second and final night for my partner to be able to bathe. Every night we stayed we could hear nearly everything our neighbors did though. Talking and laughing loudly, TVs blaring music, dogs barking and owners yelling at them. We never got a full night’s rest and then we wake up to discover the toilet had been leaking water on the floor. The hotel had an indoor pool and hot tub, one of the main reasons we came here. The pool, while big, wasn’t deep. It wasn’t deeper than 4 ft all around. It’s meant more for swimming laps. It was clean from what I noticed and while shallow we had a nice time. Then we moved on to the hot tub, which was a huge disappointment. The temperature was lukewarm at best. You could have much hotter baths at home and half of the jets were off. I went to turn the jets on and they blasted in cold water, which explained the mild temperature. Then we started to notice that the movement in the water wasn’t all from the jets. There was hair, skin flakes, and even a bit of oils floating around as well. It was so gross. I looked at other online reviews of The Westin Bellevue hotel and noticed a pattern of people complaining about how gross the hot tub was, even months back. Everything about this hotel screams that whoever owns it is making you pay luxury prices for cheap and disgusting services. The towels and toilet paper are cheap and exactly what you'd find in a motel for $70 a night as opposed to the near $400 a night at the Westin. The only way this hotel will improve is by actually offering the luxury and down right basics of a hotel room of this cost, and by providing the cleaning staff the time and tools they need to clean a hotel of this size. Also, update the website to reflect what you’re actually selling. Lying about what your customers will receive is completely unacceptable.

Stayed at the Westin over Christmas. LuLu at the front desk is a real asset to the Westin. Made our stay extra enjoyable. The pool is fantastic and there is a hot tub. We used the gym nightly and it was great. Would highly recommend

We had a great repeat stay last month, and the staff especially Mr Jung at reception was very professional and went out of his way to accommodate our request of a room change to one similar to the room we had stayed at last visit. The location is very kid friendly with activities and food choices all around. Room service was friendly as well. Looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed The Westin Bellevue for one night on Christmas Eve to see Snowflake Lane. The room was Executive Suite with 1 King bed and 1 Sofa bed, the corner room located at the 17th floor. The view from the room was excellent, the best in the city. And the indoor pool was also great. That's my 3y son's favorite. And the view of Snowflake Lane from the 4th balcony was also lovely. Apparently this hotel is one of the best spot to see the parade. It was not so crowded. Unfortunately there are several disappointing points. First, considering the hotel grade, the room amenity is not sufficient even from a man's eyes. For example, our group was three adults and a child, but there was only one instant coffee cup, and one bottle of water. Maybe it was a mistake. Anyway I needed to ask them to bring more cups and bottles. The room had a fridge, but not a microwave. We had ready-to-heat meal, so I asked them if we could use one. They said they could deliver one with extra $45. It was a bit pricey, but I think it's acceptable. Basically guests should use in-room dining or just dine out, or should bring ready-to-eat meal. It's in Bellevue downtown anyway, you have a lot of options to dine out except special holidays. The room doesn't have any cutlery or places. If you need, you need to ask them. It's ok, but I hope they leave them by default. They have complimentary breakfast buffet with few options. You can upgrade it with $10 to add more options and an egg station. Considering the price, it's ok, but I hope they had a larger scale buffet. Overall, it was good experience. Probably we will use this hotel to see the parade next year.

Well, it's in Bellevue. Comparing this to other 4 star hotels in seattle, ruston and portland Expect the rooms to be smaller than other similar hotels. They also don't provide amenities and extra towels even though we asked for them. Rooms are non smoking, but the first one we were assigned to reeked of second-hand smoke. They quickly fixed this though and assigned us to another room. The showers get very hot, and that's a plus. Though the restroom is kinda cramped. At least they're clean. I liked the hot cocoa in the lobby that they provided, although they quickly ran out of it and never refilled. The jacuzzi could have been a bit hotter. Saw a bunch of hair floating around, so maybe upkeep needs to be done more often. The pool towels they provide are not large enough to wrap around the waist either, kinda strange. The balcony over looking the street is great for viewing the parade, though it can get really cold quickly. If they would include outdoor heaters and some more lighting, then that would really elevate that space. As of now, it's kind of a waste. The parking garage is easily accessible and parking was easy to find. Overall, presentation is on point, but there are a couple of minor things to work on. They already have the location down. With just a bit more effort, they can become the best hotel in this part of town.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were very nice and clean and service was great. It is in a bit of a crowded area, but there’s a lot of food and shops within walking distance. Parking is expensive, but is free over the weekend so that worked out great for us. We had our 7 month old son with us and they brought us a crib that worked out great for him. I highly recommend!

I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed with this Westin. I did use a free night which may skew my impressions, but I really enjoyed staying here. All of the staff from the valets, front desk, and housekeeping were all friendly and approachable. Eileen who checked me in was professional and courteous and took into account the reason for the stay for a complimentary upgrade due to status. One of the first things that struck me was the pleasant scent throughout the lobby of the hotel. I learned it was probably Westin's White Tea scent that they feature prominently throughout the hotel and guest rooms. You can even purchase candles and diffusers online. I have to say I really love the scent. When it comes to the room, I was in the larger King room and it was nice and quiet like Eileen had purposefully chosen. I really enjoyed the interior design of the room. Based on prior research, the hotel had been renovated a couple years ago, so all the changes are still holding up and look really classy and contemporary from the various abstract wallpapers and wall art, the leather bed headboard, the tiling in the shower, the marble-looking bathroom counter, abstract carpeting, leather seating, and cool looking light fixtures. My one issue that I encountered was a laggy TV when changing the TV channels. Using Youtube on the TV, there was no lag, but the TV channel function was strangely delayed. I appreciated as well how central the Westin was located in Bellevue. It is a quick walk across the street to Bellevue Square and it is a couple minutes walk to all the other amenities for the Lincoln Square buildings. Also a quick walk to the Bellevue Downtown Park. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Nice location to shopping and restaurants. Friday and Saturday free parking! The bed and sheet were clean with no dust on headboard; however, the fiber for sofa was stained with some dirts. The rest area were fine. Nice view no doubt.

We spent 2 nights at the Westin Bellevue. The hotel was really clean, modern and rooms were equally clean, and the beds super comfy. We travelled with a baby, so we required a few things for him. Anytime we would get room service for these items ie: microwave, a coffee cup, extra towels, we were met with an attitude from the staff delivering said item. No customer service, annoyed for having to deliver the item. I almost didn’t want to ask for anything else, but when you have a baby- you don’t have a choice. Staff cleaning out room though was very friendly.
