I would highly recommend to book here. The staff is very professional and incredibly helpful. There was some miscommunication and technical issues with my third party app, long story short, they packed up my room and accommodated me for the inconvenience on my behalf. Nothing was missing and everything was organized. Words cannot describe my appreciation for the staff and the GM Bri.

Having stayed here a few times, it remains a solid choice for the price. The rooms are nice, the parking is highly convenient, and you genuinely cannot beat the location. A few practical tips for fellow travelers: The breakfast is quite basic—just coffee and small grab-and-go bars—so plan accordingly if you prefer a hearty morning meal. Also, if you stay on the ground floor, the bathroom drainage can be a bit sluggish and could use a quick look from maintenance. Management might want to look into the 24/7 reception coverage. While the team is generally good, late-night check-ins can be tricky; I’ve found the desk unattended after 11:00 PM on a couple of occasions. Lastly, a small tip for the front desk: the team does a good job, but a warm smile goes a long way. I’d gladly pay a few extra bucks just for a slightly more welcoming greeting from the gentleman at the counter!

Such clean rooms and amazing price this is a hidden gem! Great location, great staff. Felt safe and secure. Also working tvs and great temperature control system. This is only my second time staying here but I can now call it my go to place :)

Had a pleasant experience staying in this hotel. Rooms are clean, area is quite, highly walkable with everything you need around. Staff is very friendly, Alex is professional, polite, and helpful, he addresses all questions in a timely manner. Such a pleasure to deal with people who know their job well!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, nothing extravagant mattress wise but it wasn't uncomfortable. The single room I rented was just meant to be a cheap stop to sleep, but I found plenty of excuses to spend free time just relaxing in my room once I got settled. I had a recliner, queen bed, full dresser, TV, table/desk with two rolling chairs, a full sized fridge and freezer, two burner electric stove and a microwave with shelves for storing food or sundries as needed. So I ordered out twice, and the rest of the time I stayed in and was able to actually cook for myself on the go! The front desk helpfully has cookware and utensils (because who thinks to take a pan on non-cooking business on the cheap?) which probably saved me at least $200 for orders and tips; and nothing beats a steak cooked to your version of perfect when you had no reason to expect it, far from home as we usually are at hotels. The bathroom was another pleasant surprise, it was dazzling in its cleanliness and decor! No off yellow tiles and noticeable repairs here, the stay might be inexpensive but the rooms (and bathrooms) are well above expectation. Three wash cloths, one floor towel, two hand towels and two large body towels were all not only fluffy and comfortable, but as crisp white as fresh snow. I almost felt guilty for having to use them. AND not to be forgotten is the continental breakfast: This is a generous description of assorted snacks in individual wrappers left out for guests. While it stretches the definition of 'breakfast' in the traditional sense, everything was fresh and arrayed thoughtfully, and I did frequent it every morning for a crumb and coffee. Lastly, the parking areas are well lit, and there is a laundry room but as of this writing, I have yet to investigate it. Should I find myself here again, I will of course update anyone bothering to read my reviews with an updating of said review, this one to be precise. To anyone looking for a room on a budget, or a room at all; Extended Stay America is a fantastic choice. Beautiful rooms, clean laundry, comfortable bed, fantastic location, but nothing beats a good price and they have that angle covered.

Reversing in their narrow driveways with an electric vehicle when their manager or some employee comes waving me down. I roll the window down and she shouting no reversing in! I ask why and she rudely says, because it’s our policy as if she a cop (the law). I ask, “no, why?” She repeats, it’s policy! I ask again, “why?” She answers because fumes go into the room windows. I then look up and down the parking area and virtually every car is reversed! I then park as her “policy” and realize there is not a single signage stating not to reverse park in. ????? Get your signage up. Be consistent with your enforcement, don’t just come screaming at one customer and not others. Focus on combustible engines that reversed in and not electric cars or one-offs debates. Get your signage up. Widen your driveways and don’t put lowers rooms so close to engines exhaust! Stop being rude to your customers

I stayed with an uncertain departure date, and Kara made the whole process incredibly smooth by handling both my check-in and check-out with ease. That flexibility and kindness really stood out and made the stay much less stressful. I had a decent stay overall, though the bedsheet and cover could have been cleaned better.

Excellent front desk experience! The interaction with the front desk service is seamless, and the staff is always available and friendly when answering questions. Carmella provided great customer service—she made check-in easy, clearly explained the different room options, and truly deserves stars for her support. Pawan another person was also very responsive, and the GM, Bre, was helpful and approachable as well. Overall, a great experience with a professional and welcoming team, room has room for improvement little bit in terms of size and bed sheet etc.

Shout out to Brie and her team! I was nervous at first to join Extended Stay; the price was cheap compared to other places, and I wasn't sure if - you know - because I paid cheaply, I'd get a cheap experience. THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING Brie's team was so on point with everything, from handling my rooms to making sure I get everything set; this place even gives you free plates and mugs to grab some coffee! I'm wishing the team luck as I check out in 2026, thank you so much for making my stay enjoyable!
