I stayed at the Bellevue Club Hotel to celebrate my friend’s 40th birthday, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was outstanding—everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and stress-free. - Carrie at the front desk was wonderful and made sure I was fully informed on all the details and perks of our stay which made all the difference! Josh V kept us well taken care of with snacks and tea during the evening. Jessica at Splash was an excellent server—we truly enjoyed the best breakfast. Andrew was incredibly kind, heating up food for us and assisting with an extra favor, and Brittany at the front desk was so helpful, ensuring everything made it to my car without any hassle. What a TEAM! - The pool, sauna, and yoga classes were all top-notch. Our room was immaculate, featuring beautiful vaulted ceilings and a stunning bathroom. - It’s clear this club/hotel has an exceptional team and impressive amenities. Stayed at hotel while in the area for work. Hotel was impeccable and in the perfect location. Having a complimentary breakfast was nice- a small assortment of baled goods, fruit and yogurt. I did order room service one night and food came quickly which was so wonderful after a long day of travel. Also ordered breakfast to my room one day and the size of the yogurt was huge! Love the hydration station on each floor, very nice to use when heading to the gym. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Bellevue Club for a short weekend trip. Location was great, only 15 mins across the bridge to Seattle and less than 10 minutes from downtown Bellevue. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, one of our two rooms wasn't ready so that's something to keep in mind... it seems like a smaller hotel with a smaller staff, maybe it was bad timing (they said a large group left late that day), but it worked out just fine for us. The rooms were really spacious and very clean. We stayed in the dog friendly courtyard rooms and you would have no idea pets had ever been in there before. We also ordered room service for breakfast that was delicious. We didn't get to enjoy the club at all, but we will be back and hopefully get to check it out then! Overall, had a wonderful experience and we will be staying here anytime we are in Bellevue.

Great hotel and club, I highly recommend it! We are currently staying here for two weeks and have been very satisfied with everything so far. The facilities, service, and overall experience have been excellent. One piece of feedback for the management: Before booking, we were planning a two-month stay at the hotel and called to ask about long-term specials. The phone conversation with the "long term stay manager (?)" was very unwelcoming and we were told that they can’t waive the daily parking fee and can’t offer any restaurant credits (I asked for these specifically). He said that there is nothing he can offer for long-term stays. After the call, I felt uneasy, but still decided to book the hotel for its very positive reviews and athletics facilities. But only booked for two weeks and changed the original plan of staying here for two months. When we were checking in, we learned that the hotel already offers restaurant credits on the weekends. Later, I saw on their website that they offer Canadians complimentary parking and extra 15% discount! During the call, I mentioned that we were coming from Canada. So, they already offer everything I asked for and a discount on top of it, which I didn’t even ask for. If there was a better communication, we would have booked this hotel for two months instead of two weeks. Everyone is very kind and helpful at the hotel and I truly don't understand how come the person on the phone was completely the opposite and made us change our whole plan.

The hotel is beautifully maintained, with elegant rooms that are spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff went above and beyond to be welcoming, professional, and attentive, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The amenities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere is calm, luxurious, and relaxing. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend the Bellevue Club Hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality, memorable stay.

One of my favorite hotel experiences. The staff was super friendly and helpful in know about all the benefits of the hotel including snack time. The gym is built into the hotel so you have full access to a state of the art gym and basketball court and indoor running track. The rooms are modern and updated. The bed is huge and comfortable with clean sheets. I have no complaints or problems with the hotel or anything. They exceed expectations. There is also a town car to drive you close for drop off in downtown but downtown is within walking distance 20-30 minutes your in the heart of the town.

I recently stayed at the Bellevue Club Hotel in Bellevue and had a great experience from the moment I arrived. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the hotel has this peaceful upscale feel without ever feeling stiff. It sits close to everything in Bellevue, which made it easy to explore during our stay. Our room was modern, high tech, spotless, and really comfortable. The lighting, controls, and overall setup made it feel fresh and updated. The bed was cozy, the bathroom felt like a mini spa, and the whole space was perfect for a relaxing anniversary getaway. There was plenty to do nearby too, so it was easy to fill the day without going far. In the evening we stopped by the bar for drinks and dessert, which hit the spot. The vibe was relaxed and the service was friendly. The next morning we had breakfast at Splash and the food was fresh and satisfying. It was a simple start to the day and a nice touch to have a good restaurant right on site. Overall, the Bellevue Club Hotel was a great place to celebrate. The service, the modern room, and the easy access to things to do all made the stay memorable. I would definitely come back the next time I am in Bellevue.

This is an absolutely beautiful facility. Wish we could have stayed longer to check out all of the amenities. Our room was gorgeous. Serefhy was especially helpful! We stopped to ask her directions to something in the facility, and she dropped everything she was doing and walked us there personally. That kind of service is very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. The grounds are beautiful, and the property is incredibly clean. Highly recommended!!

We went to the BCH for a little staycation this weekend. Check in is at 3 but we didn’t get our room until about 5:30 pm. Staff offered lunch but we still had to wait a while before we got the room. The BCH is an athletic and social club and it definitely shows based on the amount of people using the facilities. The hotel has two swimming pools, sauna, a spa, weight room, video games… a teenager paradise, great for families traveling with kids. Not too much a luxury adult getaway. To fully enjoy this place come during the week when fitness classes are running. They don’t run them on weekends. Finally, our courtyard room was located on the first floor and was very nice and spacious but the tennis courts were next to it and we could hear people playing and laughing until 11 pm when the bright lights were turned off.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Sky, the woman at the front desk, was as good as they come! You’re lucky if you are there when she is working and I can’t recommend this place enough. Sky- send me an email!
